Many of us buy body massage planners and use computer agendas to control our time and accomplish our tasks better. As for the tasks on our to-do list, we don’t have the motivation to start or finish them. We don’t want to. Our body massage and our feelings of duty make us stumble. Apathy, boredom, and lack of confidence prevent us from starting a task, whether doing the laundry or preparing a presentation for work. Here are the strategies my clients have used to overcome these emotional barriers associated with body massage.

Body massage or fear of success can keep us from getting started. After several disappointing positions at other body massage parlors, Matt finally landed his dream job. He thinks he will fail again because he didn’t do well at some of his previous jobs. On the other hand, his new job is an opportunity to showcase his strengths. But he’s also scared because he fears that if he succeeds, he’ll be given more responsibility than he can handle.
How to Get Around Your Body Massage
I worked with Matt to get this job and knew how excited he was to get it. His training and experience allow him to excel in this field. The body’s massage. Our hearts race, our palms sweat, and we tense and anxious. Our emotions produce what we think: fear or excitement. When Matt is given a task, massaging his body takes precedence over rational thought. “With your new job, why don’t you let your body massage lead to excitement?” I asked. “Knowing your job and skills, I think that’s where your mind wants to go. The old boss was never happy with the body massage job you were afraid of. Your new boss is excited to have you on board!” When Matt began to connect with excitement rather than fear, getting started was no longer a problem. He saw possible failure as an option to start the next more brilliant project, especially when he reframed failure as a learning experience. Matt became adept at reframing his body massage, which led to beneficial work practices and increased self-confidence.
